of this Act shall hereafter so liable to or be charged with any
other Rates or Assessmts made or to be hereafter made by
virtue or in pursuance of any former Act or Acts
of Parliamt for or towd ye Paving cleansing or lighting the
said City & Lib'ty Parishes & Places or any part thereof.
Provided also & Enacted That any Person or Persons who
