Laid out N.B. The above stated
as the expence of removing Utensils &c
supposes that I have a sufficient time
for their removal, and a place ready
provided for their reception. But it
I have not any such place and if I had
it would be impossible to effect the removal
on by the 25th instant pursuant
to the Notice, or in the utmost length
of time that I could expect consistently
with the Notice, nor could I without
incurring a great additional loss expence over and
above the aforesaid expence of £680 remove
undertake to remove them by any particular
day earlier than Michaelmas next.
