I hope Honourable Gentlemen will not insist in precluding
themselves from the possibiity of seeing the agreed-on number
provided for in the Penitentiary Ho Establishment in this plan, even
though by themselves it should be ever so much approved.⊞ ⊞ In good faith is there

in economy if economy
be adverse, any thing
so much preferable superior to
good faith, that gentlemen
should make
a point of rendering
in keeping of good faith impossible?
