prices at which they should be obliged to sell such their<lb/>
goods.  Not to Penitentiary Convicts and their purveyors<lb/>
alone, but to the poor in general to poor you and to<lb/>
rule likewise might provisions and all other good things<lb/>
be made cheap <del>and plen</del> you as cheap as heart could<lb/>
desire.</p>

Suppose the option given to of those any Convict of the description

may have which you will which shall it be? as much

of the like victuals determined by a Table for every day
in the year so constructed that each article every article in it should cost
the same of the days on which it was purchased, more money
than it would have cost had it been purchased on some
