It was only At the close of the year 1822 when that the necesses of the
Greeks against their Turkish oppressors, enabled them to enabled them to
carry into effect adopt the suggestions & wishes of some of their friends
that individuals accredited by the provisional
and to dispatch to Government of Greece should be dispatched to England
in order to give effect to that enthusiasm which had
already spontaneously manifested itself in their favor
of their glorious cause, Mr. Louriottis was commissioned
