<p>The procedure of the Insolvent<lb/>
Debtors Courts is in this respect defective:<lb/>

schedule</del> the bystander <add>or reporter</add> has not access to<lb/>
the schedule, so as to enable him to know<lb/>
the state of the <del>cases</del> estate so that<lb/>
he may present the whole clearly to the<lb/>
public.  But whenever the discharge of<lb/>
a debtor <del>in this court</del> is opposed in<lb/>
this court;  the examination is conducted<lb/>
as in the Common Law Courts and <del>suffic</del><lb/>
the matter in question, that is the objection<lb/>
to the insolvent's discharge may<lb/>
