But though so little care was taken either of the public
or the profession – (for, whose profuse and thoughtless, donation is not care) –

cases.

Of Managing hands, three classes descriptions: Ministers –
Official lawyers Law Officers found in belonging to the department in question,
and lawyers at large.

1. For Ministers, and for the corruption fund at their disposal
for the purchase of corrupt dependence with
part of their supposed and intended Judges, the
likewise of the people, an indeterminate ample but ill-defined and scarce definable proportion secretly
reserved or pretended to be have been reserved. It is this that
we have of late we have heard so much of under the names mysterious gain grabber name
inorganical name of Drosts.

2. For the Law Officers in question the obligation monopoly, the
effect of which was to compel all captors Commanders
of Vessels to trust their employ those Law Officers in the
conduct of their causes lay place themselves and their causes
at the mercy of those law-officers.

3. For lawyers in general at large and those law officers in particular,
the provision consisted in the fund of business created by the mass of
factitious complication and the cloud of uncertainty in which
the distinction between what shall go to the captors
and what shall be reserved for the above mentioned corruption
fund, has been left involved.
