upon the land, or any <del>Arms, Ammunition, Stores of War, Goods</del> <add>Ship or Vessel, or threatened viz India</add><lb/>

of the Navy and Army against any such fortress upon the land<lb/>
by "Instructions or Directions" under his Sign Manual he<lb/>
to determine "the division and distribution of property taken<lb/>
thereat.</p>

of any <add>or</add> Vessel or Vessels captured on any Road, Haven<lb/>
