8. In 49 G. 3. c. 123, §. 4, line 7. Between For is appointed to sell and
distribute such prize, read "sell and distribute" the proceeds
of such prize: after which it will still be a
clumsy succedaneum to the single-worded appellation
Prize-Agent employed in other parts of the Acts.

9. In 49 G. 3. c. 123, §. 4, line 36. In "and the said
Treasurer" dele said: no mention having in that Section
been made of the Treasurer viz of Greenwich by only of the Board of Directors.

10. In 49 G. 3. c. 123, §. 4, line 15 dele "every". If every
be considered as standing part of the Act, then on each every occasion
the prize list of each Ship must be compared
and that "carefully compared" with the Muster Book of
"every one" of his Majesty's Ships or Vessels of war before
any other part of the business is done.

11. In 45 G. 3. c. 72, line 13, before "deposited in the
"Navy Office", and insert such Muster Books being:
otherwise under and by the word of the Act an intimation
will be made that when "Captures" are made, such
Captures are "deposited in the Navy Office: which even
corrected the diction will still be sufficiently remain abundantly clumsy and
confused.

12. In 45. G. 3. c. 2. §. 60, line 2. For "captured Ship",

14. In 45 G. 3. c. 72. §. 52, line 5 dele that.

15. In 45. G. 3. c. 72 §. 52. See whether other errors ungrammaticalities may not be
