3. Another case yet remains, and that under this same
2d Section, in which, before the twelvemonth allowed
by the general provision for the allowing appeal, it is possible and
soon natural that matter capable of being distributed
should come be brought into existence: and in this case but
in this alone of the three cases, one sees clearly it is clear to be seen a way may be clearly seen in which
it is natural for such distributable matter to find its
way into the hands of an Agent.

But, supposing the money or any of the money to
have found its way into such hands, and a lot which, if as
all, may have befallen it, at a point of time by ever
so much anterior to the expiration of the twelve month,
to what end take measures order such as by §. 70 abovementioned for
preventing distribution before the expiration of the twelve
months? for preventing it, at any rate so far as
it will be prevented, by preventing those whose take a
interest it is to have it distributed, from compelling distribution
at the hands of him whose interest it is to keep
it undistributed?
