The arrangements having for their object made for the purpose of forthcomingness
and notoriety use to the may be thus indicated described are to the
following effect are the following.

Sections 54 and 56.

1. Registration. The appointment of a Prize Agent
is to be by a Letter or Letters of Attorney made on the occasion executed in relation to
of such captor or the several prizes each prize.

The Register in which each such Letter of Attorney
is to be registered is the Register belonging to the Prize
Judicatory in which the prize is proceeded against
Person by whom the registration is to be performed, the Agent.
Three weeks which it is to be such registration shall be performed
twenty days Penalty in non-performance £500, and disqualification
to act as Agent – as Agent for what? the particular
prize or prizes in question or prizes in general?
Apply to Lord somebody Westminster Hall in proper
form and peradventure you will know be satisfied
and if being eased of your money be any satisfaction to
you you will be satisfied – the words are "such prize
"or prizes".

§. 55, which passes to a different subject, at the end of §. 56
the sub viz. in line 31 this subject is resumed: and
the business purport of this fragment is – that of after to
extend the such obligation if registration be the case where
one Agent is not appointed until after sentence of
condemnation.
