Sections 59 and 73. These belong to the head of Procedure
and under that head to the division title of Evidence.
What shall be evidence of the fact of Agency: i.e. that what document
in relation to which part or prove, such shall be regarded as sufficient to prove that in relation to the prize
in question, the person in question was Prize Agent.
To obviate uncertainty – to prevent unnecessary delay, vexation
and expence such in this instance were the manifest
object of the law.
