<p>Of this Section which seems very well intended <add>meant</add>,<lb/>
 
the object is <add>as in other places</add> to secure the proceeds of a prize with<lb/>
as little delay and consequently with as little loss as<lb/>
possible, as likewise so far as accumulation during delay,<lb/>
is to be placed to the account of profit, with profit<lb/>
for the benefit of the Captors:  the money to be <gap/> to<lb/>
be lodged in the Bank in which case of course it yields no<lb/>
interest or else in Exchequer Bills in which case it<lb/>
of course does yield interest.</p>
<p>The service proposed to be done undoubtedly a real<lb/>
one:  but what the cases are <add>description is of the case</add> in which it is proposed to<lb/>
<del><gap/></del> cause it to be done, <add>on this point</add> there lies the difficulty.</p>
<p>1.  Of the case in which it is desired that the service<lb/>
be rendered, rendered by the Greenwich Treasurer, the following<lb/>
is the description <add>is on the terms following, viz.</add>  "Every case in which any<lb/>
".... Vessel, having made any capture, shall not be<lb/>
"in any of the British or Irish or North Seas at the regular<lb/>
"time of distribution, so as to enable the Officers and <unclear>those</unclear><lb/>

probably <add>not the <unclear>Seas</unclear></add> the mean <add>nor yet the captain but</add> the money <add>from it</add> which however has not as yet been mentioned.</p>

Act 1805. Section 89.

Of this Section which seems very well intended meant,
the object is as in other places to secure the proceeds of a prize with
as little delay and consequently with as little loss as
possible, as likewise so far as accumulation during delay,
is to be placed to the account of profit, with profit
for the benefit of the Captors: the money to be to
