Act of 1805. Section 95.
In this Section a description together
with that one which immediately follows it viz §. 96
together with with the help of another §. 104 which stands
separated from the second by no fewer than seven
intervening Sections, a description is undertaken to be
give of the mode in which payment of money a share
of prize money is made to be made to him to whom
it is due.
But Unfortunately so narrow and so unsteady is
the view taken of the subject field of operation by the draughtsman
that to in order to convey any tolerably clear
conception of what he has done and at the same
time of what he has not done, it becomes has been found necessary
in the first place to state and bring to
view that in its several parts that which the
nature of the case required to be done.
1. As to the persons to whom it is was requisite
that payment should be made, and provision made
accordingly come as of under these different descriptions:
viz. 1. the principal; i.e. the individual by who

in return for which the appointed reward is thus claimed was
