Subornation of falshood – Judge's to Prison not
to plead Guilty.

To the Judge belong in England two enjoined but perfectly
distinguishable functions. 1. the ordinary or judicial

of the prostitute instrument of pain evil and thence of infelicity
takes place with prodigiously encreased efficiency.
