Costs of suit, <sic>expences</sic><lb/>by litigation on pursuer's,<lb/>on defendant's<lb/>side: pecuniary, <add><foreign>quasi</foreign></add> non<lb/>pecuniary: by time<lb/>and labour is money<lb/>& money's worth obtained.</p> <p>2<lb/>2. To all damage by<lb/>injury <hi rend="underline">in pays</hi>, addition<lb/>is made by<lb/>costs of pursuit; hence;<lb/>ground for addition<lb/>to compensation.</p> <p>3.<lb/>3. So, demand groundless,<lb/>for the sufferance<lb/>endured by Defendant:<lb/>ground <hi rend="underline">here</hi> no less<lb/>good than <hi rend="underline">there</hi></p> <p>4.<lb/>4.
