judicial missives may
be directed to the Local
Headman
To For him who has had no fixt habitation of his own, judicial
missives might be addressed he being prepared and precognized to receive them, may might
be addressed to him at the Local Headman's office:
and which for elimination of vexation to him who had has a fixt
habitation, another exemplar might be delivered
