Execution what
Art. By Execution understand that series of
operations by which on each individual occasion execution and effect is given or endeavoured
to be given to that portion of substantive law for which
the demand made on that same occasion made by the
pursuer grounds itself, and by what it is the sort ofoperation
by the last of which plain judicial service is rendered
the performance of which is to object the demand so made.
