Courts called Equity Courts — what was the rule
for what was the principle by which when the object
of reform what the standard what the direction post
declared professed to be looked to? Answer. the aequsis
et bonum. 1 Now by aequsis what is expressed? Just
nothing. By bonum what is expressed? About as much.

any thing Ask whether any thing was meant: and
if any answer at all be given, one of two things it will
