Partnership. Judicial operations capable of being performed in
relation to a partnership, these

Partnership. A partnership is established by a number
aggregate composed of self serving powers and trusts. In respect to relation to each subject
matter of property belonging to the partnership each particular possessor
powers exercisable for his own benefit and powers requiring to be exercised
for the benefit of his partners. So as to the present services capable
of being rendered by each one of its several partners so: to each
one belongs the power of rendering in relation to the several abovementioned
subject matters of property or otherwise service to himself, each
man may stand paid to render personal service in any shape
as above for the benefit of the several other parties —one person or
all of them
