<p><head>Half-roasting</head></p>
 
<p>[The punishment of half-roasting shall be performed<lb/>
in manner following:]</p>
<p>1.  <del>A</del> <add>Let a hollow</add> frame of <add>open</add> iron work <del>shall</del> be provided,<lb/>
made to the shape of a man, in <del>such sort that</del> <add>the manner</add><lb/>

distance from the fire and so long as he can<lb/>

Punishments

Half-roasting

[The punishment of half-roasting shall be performed
in manner following:]

1. A Let a hollow frame of open iron work shall be provided,
made to the shape of a man, in such sort that the manner
is to of a suit or armour, but without joints.
It be inclosing the extremities separately from
the paunch.
Let It shall be divided into two equal
shells or parts, connected by hinges on one side.
