§.2. Elucidations

XV.. II Under whatever exceptions and limitations on the examination
made of particular cases, could may be deemed advisable, pur
to every other actor, present, on the occasion in question, at
the performance of the judicial drama, power to put to the
Judge, in open Court, questions, having for their object
and design the elicitation of reasons, in support of whatsoever
procedure on his part, has had, or is about to have, place.

XVI. 12 On the part of the Registrar, obligation, immediately
upon and after every such question, to enter upon his record,
together with the question, mention of the result on the part of the Judge, whether it
were responsion or silence.

XVIII 13 So, of every thing else, in any way material,
of what is said or done by him the Judge together with any
such complaints relative thereto, communication whereof any other
Actor on the Judicial Theatre may choose desire to
have made, to the Appellate Judge or Justice Minister,
by means of the Incidental Complaint Book. See
above §. 18. Incidental Complaint Book.
