Act 4. The self-supplesuppletive function. As to his own
office, the Judge is, in each grade, not only authori-
zed but bound to keep in adequate exercise: function name
-ly, to the end that, at no time, for want of inerrdu
-alt in readiness for the exercises of the other several
functions, failure of justice, or any undue delay may
have place. By acceptance of his office, the Judge as well asand
every other Magisterial officer of the Judiciary, con
-tracts for the execution of the whole of thebusiness belonging to his office, with
every degree of promptitude of decision and action consistent with rectitude.
Directive function
Act 6. In both grades, the directive function has
for its subject matter, on the part of all other offices,
Magisterial as well as Ministerial, belonging to the
Judiciary, all such acts, the performance of which,
by them, in their several characters and solicitations, is requisite for
the due and adequate exercise of the Judge's executive
function, as per Act 1.
Inspective function
Act 7. So likewise their Inspective function: and in
particular in relation tothe exercise given by the Registrar to the
principal functions belonging to his office; namely
the statistic or say the quantitative and the and recordative functions. The recordative
is aemulation for the with a view to conservation.
Mediation suggestion function
Act 8 In both grades, not only the Judge, but the
other Magisterial officers, exercise this mediation sug
-gestive function. In both grades, it has for its subject
matter, the state of the law in it's whole extent.
Act 9. Conservation
Act 9. Officially informativeandapproximately communication
function. In the exercise of this
function, the Judge, and the Registrar, each in both
grades, demand with or without demand as the case may require, render
what assistance is in
their power, to their fellow Judges and Registrars,to the Legislation Minister, and tothe
Justice Minister in the exercise of this same func
