1823 Oct. 26. 1825 Oct. 29 Constitutional Code L Inactive Part Act 4. The self-supplesuppletive function. As to his own
office, the Judge is, in each grade, not only authori-
zed but bound to keep in adequate exercise: function name

Directive function Act 6. In both grades, the directive function has
for its subject matter, on the part of all other offices,
Magisterial as well as Ministerial, belonging to the
Judiciary, all such acts, the performance of which,
by them, in their several characters and solicitations, is requisite for
the due and adequate exercise of the Judge's executive
function, as per Act 1.

Inspective function Act 7. So likewise their Inspective function: and in
particular in relation tothe exercise given by the Registrar to the
principal functions belonging to his office; namely
