Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively
S.17. Melioration suggestive

Art. To every such proposed amendment the proposer
attaches his names personal and official.

Art. By every functionary
to whom each
amendment is transmitted
in its way to the Legislature
is written in it
approved, or
disapproved, with his
names personal and official,
day when received
at day when transmitted
from his office

Art. So likewise in case of opposition, does the
functionary by whom a negative to any such proposed amendment
is applied

Art. To each
months Amendment
List - is either by Legislation
Minister an
Index: conclusive two series
of names:- three of the proposers in
the alphabetical order
of their surnames:and one
or other those of the Judicatories
from whence

Art. To the each marks Amendment List one Index is will be attached
by the Legislation Minister, one Index in alphabetical order
containing in alphabetical order a list of the personal names of
proposers and effectual opposers and in an other Index list in
like order the names of the Judicatories from whence they have
the instruments of proposition and opposition have respectively been
received.

Art. To any amend
amendment when aggregated
will be attached
in succeding editions
names of proposers as
above, at the bottom of
the page, in form of lists
useful amendments will
then be recorded, rash
and inconsiderate restrained.

Art. Of the functionaries proposers of the amendments which have passed into a
law, the names personal and official, will in all succeeding the
Editions of that part of the law be inserted matter of at the
bottom of the several pages in the form of Notes.

But this the responsibility thus produced effected as towards the Public Opinion
Tribunal, in rash and insufficiently considered proposition and
opposition will be restrained.

Art Within [ ] days after its reaching his office
By each Superordinate functionary through whose
hands an amendment proposed by an Immediate Judge one of
three words or other of the words, approved, seen, or
disapproved will be attached together with his names office personal
and official day when received at his office day when dispatched from
his office.
