In the case of Greenwich Hospital When in the amended Act a paragraph was
employed in the task of inhibiting forbidding members of this controuling
establishment from acting in the character of Prize
Agents, are taken i.e. from acting as Judges over themselves in their own cause
was taken in hand an entire Section §. 10. was allotted to this task.
In this amending Act the same task necessary operation is performed
in relation to Chelsea Hospital: But instead of an
entire Section, no more than the tail of a Section (§. 27)
and that the last of these ten that bear any relation to belong to
this subject is allotted to the task.
Of this Section the first and principal part is occupied employed
in stating by whom and out of what fund and by whose
hands the remuneration sums quantity of money annually applied to be allotted
to the purpose of affording remuneration for labour employed
in this business in the Hospital shall be determined: then comes a
provision and that a very proper one viz. that "the
