<p>3.  Wrongful ablation of Mastership, <add>is</add> where, with<lb/>

§. 2. Wrongful ablation

3. Wrongful ablation of Mastership, is where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a
Servant, another person having in the character legal possession(1) of the condition of a Master
had legal possession of the person attached by him to the
