§. Spontaneously serving Committee of the Public Opinion
Tribunal

Art. 1. In the spontaneously serving Committee may be
distinguished the several descriptions of persons following –

1. Parties litigant in other suits or causes and waiting till
the minute arrives for the a hands of in their respective suits
or causes.

2. Persons non-litigant waiting in like manner to be examined as witnesses.

3. Persons accompanying the parties litigant in the quality character
of Assistants, private or professional, or other persons drawn
to the spot by connection in the way of inter self regarding
interest or sympathy, in an individual or public party account.

4. Nn adults attending spontaneously or by direction
for the purpose of Judicatory, or the directive of
a School of Justice.

5. Persons at large attracted by curiosity in a case of
a peculiarly and extensively interesting nature.

Art. 2. To the purpose of maximizing the number of persons
attendants auditors of those several descriptions are directed the provisions
relative to the Justice Room as per next Section

Art. 2. To give the greatest possible maximize the number in so far as
may be without preponderant inconvenience the number of those guardians of judicial aptitude and in particular judicial
probity, is among the special objects of this Code – See further §.
