<p><head>&sect;.  Spontaneously serving Committee of the Public Opinion<lb/>
 
Tribunal</head></p>
 
<p>Art. 1.  In the spontaneously serving Committee may be<lb/>
distinguished the several descriptions of persons following –</p>
<p>1.  Parties litigant in other suits or causes and waiting till<lb/>
the <unclear>minute</unclear> arrives for the <add>a</add> <del>hands</del> of <add>in</add> their respective suits<lb/>
or causes.</p>
<p>2.  Persons <add>non-litigant</add> waiting in like manner to be examined as witnesses.</p>
<p>3.  Persons accompanying <del>the</del> parties litigant in the <add>quality</add> character<lb/>
of Assistants, private or professional, or other persons drawn<lb/>
to the spot by connection in the way of <del>inter</del> self regarding<lb/>
interest or sympathy, in an individual or <add>public</add> party account.</p>
<p>4.  Nn adults <del><gap/></del> attending spontaneously or by direction<lb/>
for the <del>purpose of <gap/></del> Judicatory, or the <unclear>directive</unclear> of<lb/>
a School of Justice.</p>

<p>Art. 2.  To the purpose of maximizing the number of <del>persons<lb/>

relative to the Justice Room as per next Section</p>

§. Spontaneously serving Committee of the Public Opinion

Art. 1. In the spontaneously serving Committee may be

a peculiarly and extensively interesting nature.
