<p>Art. 14.  On this occasion the Judge will be particularly<lb/>
on his guard against demands knowingly groundless having for their<lb/>
object either the subjecting a party or parties on the other side to<lb/>
<del><gap/></del> groundless or needless vexation or expence or both, in the<lb/>
taking up the time of the Judicatory with such counterfeit or<lb/>
frivolous demands for the purpose of <gap/>, its time from being<lb/>
employed in taking cognizance of <del><gap/></del> some serious and important<lb/>
demand or demands whether aggregately or individually<lb/>
or aggregately contemplated.</p>
<p>Art. 15.  More particularly against the case <del>where</del><lb/>
of a conspiracy amongst divers persons for the prospect of<lb/>
more such mischievous <unclear>charges</unclear> as above.</p>
<p><del>Art. 7.  Only where <gap/> <gap/> judiciaries are<lb/>
<add>both of all of them</add> <unclear>Appelling</unclear> Judicatories.</del></p>

belonging to the field of jurisdiction of one and the same<lb/>

function belongs to such Appellate Judicatory.</p>

§. Jurisdiction settling.

Art. 14. On this occasion the Judge will be particularly
