Art.6. If, in one and the same Sub district proper
at the suit of different pursuers a mass of property belonging
to the same defendant be prehended by two warrants the
one from the Judge of that same Sub District the other from the
Judge of a foreign Sub District, that one by which is first
the execution of which is first commenced, the th bodily pre
of the mass in question or a
present of thence thereof
shall provisionally have the performance: still but in case of
disagreement is to the Appellate Judge of the district that obedience
is due is to be paid.
