Reasons for

Of these observations is constituted the ground for so much
of the Penal law as regards misdeeds affecting person in
the persons of individuals – those affecting body and thus
mind, and those affecting mind alone without body; included

Hitherto As yet what may be stiled the effects of really
of the first of three orders that will the two others of which
will come hereafter to be mentioned, have been brought to view
As to those of the two other second and third order – see Article.

Thus for the subject matter of consideration is extracts comparatively simple.

The right by whichlegislation act in operation by which security for person as above is established
– the correspondent right being created and conferred is
a command or an ordinance of the negative or say the prohibitive
or inhibitive kind: followed and supported by the establishment of such
penal and other remedies as in the different cases modifications of which
the misdeed is susceptible may be found appropriate and necessary
Do not so and so – produce not such and such a power – on
pain of suffering what that which will follow follows
