Art. 6. In this case To give the decision this advantage the Judge by whom the decision
is framed must be the person same Judge by whom the visit to the spot has

individual happens to afford, and the such other evidence
testimony if any taken by itself.

have been made by other alledged percipient witneses, or in the addition made
by the report of that same visiting Judge to the reports made
by other alledged percipient witnesses.
