Nomography

In the manner deography might be the denomination
by which given to that branch of by which expression
is given to the will of an inferior with relation to a superior,
and pothography to that by which expression is given to
the will of an equal with relation to an equal.

But in addition to what over and above the instruction for which
a demand has place f on the occasion of expression given to
the will of a superior superiors in relation to inferiors, so with instruction of art and science is this
for which a demand has place on the occasion of expression
given in of th given to the will of an inferior or
to the will of an equal that in addition to an elementary
or instruction-giving discourse under the denomination of
Nomography scarcely will any demand be found to be presented
for any such instruction-giving discourse in relation
to either of those two other subjects.

The Of deology and pothology the importance
being thus as it were swallowed up by and merged in that
of Nomography, nomography may accordingly be considered
as the denomination but under by which every they
worth under wh under within which every instruction worth
receiving and giving in relation to expression given to the
exercise exercises made of the faculty of the will may be comprised.

The following is an attempt endeavour – by the light of the encrease
afforded of the experiences and observation of 20
centuries, – to fill up the gap left by Aristotle in the
art and science of logic.
