under the several denominations titles of
all comprehensive ends, immediate subordinate ends,
and radical or say fundamental axioms of mental pathology
– those last being expressive of the mental feelings produced by
the several sorts of human actions and other occurrences of
which for the purpose of establishing right, with the correspondent
the law or say the constitutional authorities
find occasion to take cognizance.
