Nomography

Categorical and hypothetical – Reference made to propositions the distinction thus
expressed has place in reference to propositions in the
Logic of the understanding: equally has it place in the
logic of the will. Categorical is the form employed
in enactive propositions in every country except the
British Isles, and some though not all of their
distant dependencies.

Categorical It is the form employed naturally employed
on every other occasion than that on which burthens by the
weight of which there is no limit are undertaken to
be imposed upon the people, with ruin on every
variety of shapes in case of non submission – ruin
awaiting the act of him in whose instance fulfilment of
the duty imposed upon him is carefully kept impossible.

Hypothetical is a form peculiar to English legislators.
It has for its effect (and which have failed to have had for
its object?) the maximizing the difficulty of comprehending
