Procedure Code
Hence the idea of change change of Judicatory.
By the inconvenience a measure a remedy naturally
suggested in the character of a remedy is the send in case
of distance of a certain length between the originating judicatory
and the abode of the individual and the Judicatory Judge with
which whom he is to hold intercourse, the sending him to another
judicatory: naturally and generally to his own Judicatory,
on the supposition of its being nearer to less distant
than any other from his abode. That there is no instance case
in which this expedient can upon the whole be an advantagous
one might be too much to assert: but that in
comparison of the use of the epistolary mode by the origination
judicatory it is it not likely to can not be often so, will
seems to be considered probable, as being rendered so by what
follows.
