§. How from an extraneous witness
Art. The Judge of an Appellate Judicatory A Judge Appellate
is in his judicatory bound to the same paid in the
same manner and bound to the same attendance as a Judge
immediate, except that on any a day on which no Appeal
lies before him, he is not bound to attendance in any part
of it. So likewise on a day on which, for want of attendance
