<p>10.  Retrospective statements for the <del>year <gap/></del> <add>last</add> preceding year,<lb/>

10. Retrospective statements for the year last preceding year,
as also for as many all the other preceding years, from the accounts of
which any beneficial instruction shall appear deducible.

Article 3. So, where in so far as, in the accounts of this or that preceding
