Demandants in a particular part of Visitors Gallery
Law Probationers with them

Art. 2. If at the time of his attendance the Pursuer
brings with him the his Demand paper as above ready filled
up so much the better so much time will have been saved: he will then as soon as placed in
the Applicants station present it to the Judge.

Art. 3. The Judge if in his opinion the filling
up is sufficiently correct and explicit, will proceed to
halt the examination of the Pursuer as to the collative
facts. If not he will examine him as to the particulars
in the filling up and make or cause made therein such amendments
as the Applicant's statements shall have suggested.

Art. 3. If the pursuer feels himself incompetent
to fill up insert the matter blanks under all the heads but competent
to insert it under some he will bring the paper filled
up under such of the heads under which he feels himself
competent to fill up.

Art. 4. If he brings not with him a paper
with none any of the heads filled up, the Judge will
cause delivery to him an exemplar of the paper in
blank the Registrar having in hand another, and the Judge a third.

Art. 5. The Judge will thereupon proceed and take
his examination under the above several heads.

Art. 6. This done he will receive and upon
if so it be that the Pursuer is able to testify in
relation to the collative facts states of things or events or any
real or written evidence to produce, the Judge will receive
the same extracting from him upon occasion by appropriate interrogatories all
such statements as the
nature of the case may shall
have been deemed to require.
