1825. March April 1
Procedure Code

All those the circumstances on which eligible eligibility as
between one of those modes and another depends, all
those circumstances it will be the care of the Judge to
elicit and learn from the first original applicant or applicants.
Of no person, in any one of three capacities,
Co-pursuer Defendant witness, will he have
head of the existence, without eliciting learning given him to
the best of his knowledge or belief, all the circumstances
necessary to the determination whether, any in regard to each such individual
the examination process being continued in his own judicatory, be it the oral
or the epistolary shall be the mode in which it is
continued conducted, or whether the steps shall commenced which will be taken for
making transference incidental or definative of it from his own to some this or that
other Judicatory or Judicatories – transference incidental
or definitive.

Whatsoever be the ground To one or other
mode, preference must if necessary be given. Of this
preference, if not groundless the grounds can not but
be means to the person by whom it has been given
those them it will be his care to make entry of in
the record. Not so formidable as upon description it
may appear to be with the statement not so formidable
in respect ether of time or trouble, will this statement
be found upon experience: under general hands,
not many in number, the those reasons will upon experience
be found to range themselves.
