§. 2. Proceedings at the close of the Initiatory hearing.

Art. He will at his discretion communicate
cause to be delivered to the Applicant or the Applicants to wit
to one or more or each of them as occasion may require, an
exemplar of the Minute of the proceedings carried on in the
course of this same initiatory hearing.

Art. He will have formed from and declared
his determination as to whether of the whole or any part and
what part of the Minute proceedings communication shall be made to
the any and which of the persons at whose hands attendance
or response at the time of the next or any succeeding
hearing is to be required ordered.

Art. In particular whether to a witness or a
defendant communication shall be made of the demand made by the applicant or applicants
together with the evidence adduced delivered in support of it, or insert the
demand paper filled up with the time of the evidence, and
whether with or without information of the sources from which it
issued, to wit the Applicant or Applicants themselves, or the
several writings or other documentary things sources of written and other
real evidence.

Art. Of every such order thereupon issued or
to be issued he will deliver an exemplar to the Pursuer or Pursuers.

Art. If at this on the occasion of the initiatory
application Pursuers applicants more than one have been attending
he will according to the number communicate either to some one of each an exemplar
or to one or more at his choice or by lot one, two or more
exemplars in trust for them themselves and for the such those Co-applicants
and Co-pursuers or if there be a difference, for such of
them as have been admitted as Co-pursuers.
