cause to be delivered to the Applicant or the Applicants to wit<lb/>
to one or more or each of them as occasion may require, an<lb/>
exemplar of the Minute of the proceedings carried on in the<lb/>
course of this same initiatory hearing.</p>

§. 2. Proceedings at the close of the Initiatory hearing.

Art. He will at his discretion communicate

Art. He will have formed from and declared
his determination as to whether of the whole or any part and
what part of the Minute proceedings communication shall be made to
the any and which of the persons at whose hands attendance
or response at the time of the next or any succeeding
hearing is to be required ordered.

Art. In particular whether to a witness or a
defendant communication shall be made of the demand made by the applicant or applicants

whether with or without information of the sources from which it
issued, to wit the Applicant or Applicants themselves, or the

and Co-pursuers or if there be a difference, for such of
them as have been admitted as Co-pursuers.
