Art. 1. The business capable of carried on at a
single being termin at a single hearing begun and terminated, or begun
without being terminated, will require to be distinguished
in the first place into the cases in which that which it is capable
of being and at a single hearing terminated as well as begun, and that or those
in which it is at a first hearing begun but not
terminated.

where a thief or other criminal, being detected in the
commission of a crime or by a party wronged, or an
individual spontaneously acting on behalf of the public,
prehended and brought adduced immediately to the Justice Chamber.
