§. 6. Sittings and Hearings
A sitting is either a sitting of course, or an appointed
sitting. On the occasion of a sitting of in courses the Judge sits to
receive initiatory sittings of all sorts from all persons. not knowing what will come. A sitting is by appointment when held by order
in consequence of an order of attendance to a party person or persons or witness – those
parties being witnesses and witnesses for a particular
purpose in the course of a suit an application a suit already
commenced in an application mode.
Night sittings are all sittings of course: nor by appointment. Outdoor sittings are always by appointment, nor
of cour course.
