§.1. Deperition, quid

Evidence may perish
without deperition of
the source of evidence.
Example in things

spot perishes by its being

Preserving the evidence
itself from deperition
is not the same operation
with preserving
from deperition the official
minute made
of it: the 2d may perish
without the first, tho'
not vice versa. p.2.

may perish by incurable
insanity, and
may perish by his emigration.
