§3. Fields of Service
Art. 2 Local Logical field of service. By a Professional
Lawyer, or say for shortness a Lawyer, understand a person
whose profession it is, to officiate as assistant or substitute
to persons at large in all judicial business, appearing acting in Judicatories
for on behalf of such his Client either as an or as substitute
