One sort of usurper, <add>it is true,</add> there is, in whose instance not a<lb/>
 
particle of <hi rend="underline">mercy</hi> in this shape need or ought to have<lb/>
place:  this is the <hi rend="underline">body corporate</hi>, <del>in whose instance</del> <add>by whom</add> the fruit<lb/>
of the usurpation has never been applied to the purpose of individual<lb/>
