<p>Provided always that as to so much of such<lb/>
 
eventual damage as may consist in the<lb/>
 
loss of <del>the</del> <add>neat</add> improved rent receivable by the said<lb/>
Sam. Earle <del><gap/></del> <add>his <gap/> <gap/> or Assessor</add> from any <del>loss</del> under lesser or<lb/>

Provided always that as to so much of such
eventual damage as may consist in the

Sam. Earle his or Assessor from any loss under lesser or
under lessees, the said J Be it shall be
