Bankruptcy &c
If, under the name of business, or any other name
preponderant evil ought to be done in produced in the case and
for the benefit of lawyers, then ought it to be done in the case,
and for the benefit of the classes of Money.
1. Decrees ought to be produced, in the case and for the benefit
of medical men – Physicians and Apothecaries.
2. Limbs ought to be broken, and wounds and bruises inflicted
in the case and for the benefit of Surgeons and Apothecaries.
3. Marshes ought to be made, or left undrained for the
purpose of producing diseases, and thence for the benefit
of Physicians and
4. Wars ought to be made in the case and for the benefit
of Military men, by land and sea.
