Judicial order needs no
preceding opinative
decree

A judicial order stands not in need of any
express opinative decree for the support of it: the correspondent opinative
decree is imputed in it.

Use of a judicial order
the bringing the suit
to the point of issuing
a preparatory or definitive
decree.

Of every judicial order the use and proper
object or purpose is the bringing the suit to the point at
which the issuing of a pair of decrees preparatory or
definitive will be required by the ends of justice.

Judicial orders, sources
of distinction
1. Adressees
2 Stage of the suit
3 Agendum
4 Judicial end in view

In regard to a Judge's orders the sources of
distinction are as follows
1. Person to whom the order is addressed
2. Stage of the suit which at which the order comes to be
issued.
3. Agendum Act to be performed in compliance with
the order
4. Judicial Purpose, object or end in view of the Judge in
giving order for the performance of the act.

Compliance are acts
1 Transient 2 Continuous

The act performed in compliance with the order
may be distinguished into 1. Transient. 2. Continuous.

Adressees the several
actors on the Judicial
theatre

The persons to whom a judicial order is capable
of being addressed are all the several actors acting in or
belonging to the judicial theatre as per §.1.
