As to these corresponding instruments issued out in pairs
be their names what it may, so far as they go, it
can will scarcely be denied that they have their use utility, advantages uses useful
effects
, since inconvenience, none.

But in this whole business there exists one
radical seat of imperfection to against which the no prosecution attached to the order of payment can
afford any security. This is the matter instrument
of application to the validity of which the signature of a Parish Minister
together with that of a Church Warden or what is equivalent
is sufficient. Seaman or Non Seaman is comes to their Samual Sharp
to whom, though on the occasion in question he belonged not to the number of the
Captors, so it is that to a sufficient knowledge
of the general usages in such shape as also of the particular
circumstances of an individual captive, Thomas Freeman be also the
knowledge of one of the some one Captor of concerning whom
he possesses what to his conception judgment of the matter is
a sufficient assurance that by him Freeman no application
will be made till a false application
made in his name will by himself (Sharp) may have had a successful issue.
Sharp and Freeman bearing for the occasion the claim of his own residence,
thence the claim of his the Minister will his Church-warden,
addressing him by in the name of Freeman, and
saying of himself that which being necessary and if said by Freeman of himself would at the same time have been sufficient
to enable him obtain the money and at the same time even
obtaining from them the certificate, which certificate being
sent transmitted by him through the numerous which the ingenuity caution
of the legislator has provided procures the money to this false man
with as much no less dispatch as it would have procured the same money to the one.
